Dr. Kristina Jamo Morais PT, DPT

As a lifelong lover of movement, Kristina earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and went on to receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England. Over the past seven years Kristina has worked across a variety of clinical settings, outpatient orthopedic clinics, hospital settings, outpatient neuro clinics and more treating a wide variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

Kristina first discovered pilates through Winsor Pilates VHS tapes in her living room as a child growing up in Northern Maine. She quickly fell in love with the movement practice and the sense of empowerment that accompanies it & now helps others to do the same!

Now she blends her experience with pilates and physical therapy to support clients and patients alike creating a strong foundation to not only return to their prior level of function but to restore better than before.

When not teaching or taking a pilates class you can catch her in her garden, making sourdough, or spending time with her husband and goldendoodle, Theo!
