Postnatal Program

A program including four 1:1 pilates based physical therapy sessions and four specialized prenatal group classes designed and led by a doctor of physical therapy with each week building upon the last. The purpose of this program is to help women feel at home in their bodies once again, increase core connection, body awareness, total body strengthening and bridge the gap back to group fitness classes in a mindful way. It is never too late to rehab

I am over a year post partum and have been struggling to properly heal my body and breathing now that it’s gone through so much change. I watched countless videos and followed social media trainers on how best breathe and move to mend my mild diastasis recti and to feel coordinated in my body again, but I didn’t feel any progress. A few private sessions with Kristina and I can’t believe the difference it has made! How she was able to observe my movements and clearly explain how to better breath and move made all the difference. I thought I was doing things right by following all those social media videos but now know the one on one time was what I needed to get over this hump. I wish I had done it sooner! Kristina is a kind and patient person and I never felt judged on how I looked or struggled through movements. Thank you, Kristina!
