Prenatal Program

A program including four 1:1 pilates based physical therapy sessions and four specialized prenatal group classes designed and led by a doctor of physical therapy with each week building upon the last. The purpose of this program is to help women prepare their body physically for birth, increase core connection, body awareness, & total body strengthening. 

 Physical Therapy

1:1 physical therapy sessions to address common pregnancy related issues with pain, improve function/activation of core cylindar and work on exercise specific activities geared towards birth preparation and aimed at creating greater ease during postpartum recovery

Blended with Pilates

Pilates has been shown in research to improve labor and delivery and improve postpartum recovery - all movements are guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and pilates instructor across a variety of pilates apparatus (reformer, Cadillac, chair, and mat)
